Wednesday, April 29th, 2009 Subject: one more chapter in my life is about to come to a close! Time: 8:07 pm. WOw... it's been 4 yrs since i graduated hs. Time: 10:32 am. Mood: bouncy. I finally am gonna be workin an have my first job! I'll be an OD tech at eyemasters! I'll prolly doing reception stuff and i get to wear scrubs becuase ill be working under the doctor! I'm so excited... i just hope taht i can handle the job along with takng physic class at scottsdale CC. It feels so nice to have my own room again.. it's been about 2 years since i've had my own room! God is good! Comments: drop A load. Saturday, February 17th, 2007 Subject: getting pulled over is not fun! Time: 4:57 pm. Mood: cranky. So yesterday i was driving back home to phx when all of a sudden i get pulled over on the I10 by a highway patrol.  I started freaking out cuz i knew that i wasn't speeding.  Christine was in teh car too and i kept asking her how fast she saw me going which was no where near above 80.  I start to panic and my heart is racing, almost about to cry. maybe if i was by myself i would've cried.         SO i think the cop must have been extrememly bored or had to reach some stupid quota for the day to have pulled me over!  He pulled me over for my tiniting cuz the driver and passenger's side is illegal, which i know but what are the chances???  He gave me a warning and repair order so now i have to go pay to take it off and put on legal tinit...   ridiculous! Comments: drop A load. Thursday, December 21st, 2006 Subject: A list... Time: 1:32 pm. Mood: tired. Hola.... So i'm finally free from school.. well for now. I'm so excited to be able to have free nights where i don't have study. This semester was pretty tough but i met so many new friends and now i have some awesome girls to hang out with at the U. i won't forget those late nights with me and my highland mkt runs for some chai tea.. depending on how late i wanted to stay up was based on the size of my chai latte. mm so good. I'm excited for next year in the fall when i get to get out of the dorms and live in an apt with my own room and a ktichen that isn't across the hall and up the stairs! I'm excited to live with joss next year, it's goign to be fantastic.. hopefully i'll learn how to cook! So christimas is approaching and it doesn't really feel like it. I don't even know where the semester went. Wow, im goign to be 20 soon,.. that IS scary. and it sounds old. ahaha sorry to those who are older. Tuesday, November 28th, 2006 Subject: Exciting news! Time: 3:33 pm. Mood: surprised. i know it's been a long time since i've updated and i don't know who still checks LJ but i'll post anyway for the few lucky and dedicated ones who read. So i came back from class this morn and erik kakimoto im's me saying that 20/20 ABC called the church looking for me. He gave them my number and they called me. This is crazy! They are doing a document on kids who raised themselves without parents. I guess this would be some type of follow0up story. So, i'm very excited although i'm sure people are sick of seeing my face and documentaries about me. This is only the beginnign stages of the project so I'm not sure what will happen next. Thanksgiving was wonderful with 97 people at my family's party. There was prolly enough food to feed 200 people! That's why I get fatter when i go home cuz of so many options! I went hiking and played flagfootball with cousins! I went balck friday shopping at 3pm and bought my dress for the wedding that was on sunday. The wedding was beautiful and I'm happy for Chris and Kim! It was nice to see all of my family! I'll post pics later! Ok, i have a ochem lab final at 6pm. I have to study. God is amazing! it's funny how He works sometimes! Comments: 1dropping - drop A load. Sunday, October 1st, 2006 Subject: sweet bowling! Time: 2:09 am. Mood: tired. Tonight was lots of fun. FIrst linnea was quite surprised at Takamatsu for her bday! The rm was really cool with the low japanese tables where u sit on the floor to eat. I got the Jap Chae! It's a noodle dish. Then I went to bowling to meet up with everyone cuz Brandon, herbis an randon are visiting. It's Bchan's 1 year old spiritual bday and he's getting baptized!! Praise God!!!!!!!!!!! The best thing is that his parents and sister are in town to see him get baptized ( and they aren't believers) so hopefully God will start to change their hearts! Anyway, we went bowling cuz it's comic bowling for $5 a person. I did pretty well tonight although i had to get use to all teh lights and loud music but that didn't stop me from getting a nice score of 153 and then 169. (notice i didn't put high score) I wanted to beat my high score (175) but i missed one of the pins on my last frame. O well.. next time. Oh, but i did get a lunch b/c loren wanted to bet me but little did he know, little did he know...... I met with steph this morning for accoutability time. We're readding LOVE BEYOND REASON by John Ortberg. We just started but so far it's really good... talking about how all of us are worthless 'rag dolls' yet God still loves us. If you love God, then you have to love all people...."it's a package deal." Steph and I got ot share wat's goign on in our lives and pray together. We ate breakfast at the Good Egg! I finally got to have my egg's bendict! O so yummy! Then i got my tires rotated cuz i hit 7,000 miles and they put air in my tires and i think i def feel a difference in my tires. This morning i woke up a lil late, hitting my snooze button more than 5 times, i think it was cuz i was in a happy dream that made my day a lil brighter. Sometimes God speaks in dreams and i think he did this to make me smile...here goes my dream but it's not long. I don't dream about my dad often, but when i do, it's very vivid in my head. We were in my bedroom and he surprised me by visting me. I was so happy to finally see him again. I asked him a lot of questions like if he was watching me from heaven when I went to prom, graduation, the oscars etc. But he replied no. I was exctied to show him pictures; i showed him pics from when i went to prom and got crowned queen. He said I looked beautiful. :) I showed him more pics of me recently in the past 2 years...and then I woke up.......smiling. God did this. I miss my dad so much but God is and will take care of me. Monday, August 21st, 2006 Subject: so long summer Time: 12:12 am. Mood: tired. Goodbye summer 2006... It def. goes into my record of one of the best summers! It got better toward the end which made leaving for school so much harder. Bowling has become my new thing. I even bought my own bowling shoes, but they are cheap so i already got my money's worth. My record high of 175 is pretty sweet.. my goal is to break 200!!! Christine and I won our bet against Randon and Steven in a bowling match. Christine's score was doubled and the guys didn't come close after 2 games. So now they have to treat us to a dress-up dinner of our choice but within a $20 limit. If we lost, we would have had to cook them prime rib which would be a new experience for both. Taking care of Dylan was a good experience since i had never taken care of a 3 year old before. He's such a HAM and a rascal but the 'parental' side of me had to come out and i saw how much work it takes to care for a child... not just for an hr or two but more. more to come... i need sleep. We cooked iltalian food and it was yummy... thx to aug, caca, joan, and jon that helped cook it. We then played do you love your neighbor and shuffle your buns. The pilots are too funny and they had a really good time, laughing and falling out of their seats. After taht, I shared my testimony. I showed the GMA video and then talked about how much God has pulled me through my life. A lot of them were very touched by my story but i hope they really see who God really is. We went bowling after for $1 each game!!! I was happy b/c i scored an all-time high of 157!!! My scores in order of the games (1st...) 91, 157, 147. The last game i bet steven lunch and i won. He owes me lunch!! hehe. Ice jay was trying to teach me the harlem shake... it's too hard but i have to get it down before the wedding! haha...
